last year in the tents once they had reached their full capacity they wouldn't let anymore people in until someone left, presume that's what he means anyway. so one person goes out so another can go in.

my only gripe with sonisphere last year was that they had put bands that were overfilling the capacities in the tents. there was some serious crowd surging for corey taylor because they had clashed the start of him with the end of machine head. luckily i was one of the very last people they let into the tent :)
